The Ghana Black Stars 2017 AFCON Campaign wishes to congratulate its teeming supporters, sympathisers and the watching public for the impressive turnout to support the team in the match against Cameroon.

We recognise that the match was very smooth and orderly. Players comported themselves well, despite some isolated incidents and delayed start of goals collation at a number of collation centres.

We wish to also encourage our supporters to continue to remain calm as the certified scores trickle in from the AFCON collation centre.

At this moment, a number of radio stations are announcing provisional goals scored, and not AFCON certified scores.

With the details we have from our Parallel Goal Tabulation, The Ghana Black Stars is in a comfortable lead, and we encourage all supporters to wait for the *Confederation of African Football(CAF)*as it receives and releases the verified results to the media via its Collation & Media Centres.

Let us continue to ignore and treat with contempt, claims by some radio, TV stations and some sports commentators announcing who is winning the match based on the current score, that do not reflect the total number of goals collated so far.

We thank you for your confidence in the Black Stars AfCON campaign and for your support.

#black stars! #Onaapo.
